What You'll Need

Key Concepts at a Glance

Campaign

An automated outreach program targeting a specific audience. Campaigns define who you're reaching, what you're saying, and how you're reaching them.

Lead

An individual prospect enrolled in your campaign. The system finds and enrolls leads matching your criteria automatically.

Engagement

A single outreach action—an email sent, a LinkedIn message delivered, or a connection request made.

Sequence Strategy

A pre-defined multi-step outreach cadence that combines emails and LinkedIn actions with wait periods between steps.

How YESS AI SDR Works

The Campaign Flow

  1. Define your audience — Specify your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria
  2. Set messaging guidance — Tell the AI your tone, key points, and call-to-action
  3. Choose a sequence strategy — Select how you want to reach out (email, LinkedIn, or both)
  4. Launch your campaign — The system automatically enrolls matching leads
  5. AI personalizes outreach — Each message is researched and tailored to the individual
  6. Monitor and respond — Track performance and handle replies

Daily Lead Enrollment

When your campaign is active, the system enrolls approximately 20 leads per day until your monthly quota is reached. This pacing ensures:

Your Dashboard

From the main dashboard, you can:
